   WILL OF ALEXANDER OSBOURN of Mecklenburg

   Written 3 Jan. 1843    Proved April Court !843

   To eldest son, WILLIAM, $25 and land which I made him a right to subject to 
the following conditions:

   To heirs of my son, JOHN, dec'd, $25 to be equally divided, in addition to 
advancements made to him during his lifetime, subject to the following 
conditions

   To the heirs of my son, ELI, $25 to be equally divided and land I made them 
a right to above, subject to following conditions

   To son, MICHAEL, $25 and above land conveyed to him subject to the 
following conditions
 
   To son, ALEXANDER, $25 and land I made him a right to subject to following 
conditions

   To my daughter, LUCINDA, wife of LEWIS K. GORDON, $12.50 for her part of 
the notes and subject to the following conditions. I also will that my 
executor when the term of hire of my negro boy is out that he put him to 
public sale of a credit of twelve months and pay to my daughter, LUCINDA, $400 
out of first money he receives from said sale, and the overplus, if any, to be 
further disposed of.
    
   To my daughter, ANN, wife of PETER PENNIGER, $12.50 and a negro boy which I 
made her a deed of gift for.

   To my daughter, RACHEL, $50 and a negro woman, NANCY, which I made her a 
right of.
